As an IT Support Manager for Pulse College, I manage the college's technical support system.
My responsibilities also include:

Address a wide range of technical concerns and emergencies from students and faculty

Drive our work placement program by mentoring students in IT-related practices

Manage communication with technical partners through negotiating contracts and building relationships

Assist and support college events, ensuring smooth IT operations and resolving technical issues on-site

Drive PC upgrade and budgeting strategy while optimizing resources to meet student needs

Served as the main point of contact for weekend open hours in the games and multimedia department
