IT Support Manager

Description

As an IT Support Manager for Pulse College, I manage the college's technical support system.

My responsibilities also include:

  • Address a wide range of technical concerns and emergencies from students and faculty

  • Drive our work placement program by mentoring students in IT-related practices

  • Manage communication with technical partners through negotiating contracts and building relationships

  • Assist and support college events, ensuring smooth IT operations and resolving technical issues on-site

  • Drive PC upgrade and budgeting strategy while optimizing resources to meet student needs

  • Served as the main point of contact for weekend open hours in the games and multimedia department
